Cook Incorporated To Recruit New Hourly Employees At Job Fair on July 29

Bloomington, Ind. - To keep up with rapidly rising production demands following the successful U.S. launch of its Zenith AAA Endovascular Graft, Cook Incorporated will recruit new hourly employees at a special job fair in Bloomington next Tuesday. The company hopes to fill up to 400 new hourly and salaried positions by the end of the year.

Cook Inc.'s Careerfest 2003 will be held Tuesday, July 29, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Bloomington Convention Center, 302 South College Ave. Applicants will receive information about hourly positions currently open with Cook Inc., take an initial interview and witness a live demonstration of how the hand-crafted Zenith stent-graft is manufactured.

Applicants must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently, Cook officials said. The company provides a competitive hourly wage; medical, dental, optical and life insurance benefits; a profit sharing/401(k) plan; paid vacations and holidays; tuition reimbursement; flexible 40-hour a week shifts; and a free in-house employee fitness center, among other benefits.
