OCTOBER 30, 2003 Scott Todd Named National Accounts Manager For Cook Incorporated Bloomington, Ind. - Scott Todd, a six-year veteran of Cook Incorporated, has been named national accounts manager for the medical device manufacturing company. Todd, who has been with Cook Inc. since 1997, formerly was a district sales manager overseeing the company's sales efforts to vascular surgeons, radiologists, cardiologists and medical support staff at hospitals and medical facilities throughout the Midwest. In his new position, Todd's responsibilities include developing business strategies aimed at helping Cook Inc. develop and expand contractual relationships with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and other large medical device buying groups. "Given the rapidly changing landscape of group purchasing organizations and independent delivery networks, I am excited to have an opportunity to interact with these entities on Cook Incorporated's behalf," Todd said. "With our excellent reputation in the medical community and impressive product pipeline, we are finding increasing numbers of purchasing networks interested in establishing contracts for our products." Todd, a native of Bloomington, holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in biology and chemistry from Indiana University, and also earned a Masters degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University. He lives in Bloomington, Ind. and is married with one son. Todd is an active member of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, where he is involved with music and children's programs. Aside from work, Todd enjoys running, playing jazz piano and spending time with family.
