Cook Family Health Center provides managed health care for Bloomington-area Cook Group company employees and dependents. Created to deliver quality health care at a reasonable cost, the clinic carries a full staff of physicians and nurses. Typical medical services include routine physicals, treatment of illnesses, minor out-patient surgeries, and maintenance checks and screenings for high blood pressure, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Cook Family Health Center includes a formulary pharmacy stocking many of the most widely used and prescribed medications, which are provided to Cook employees under a cost-controlled fee schedule.

Monday thru Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Clinic opens at 7:30 am for lab draws only Monday - Saturday.
Physicians aren't available until 8:00 am.
