In recent years, the company has added new technologies to provide new customer services. Improvements have included software providing airline, hotel and car reservations.
To increase efficiency, other new software modules have automated many tasks agents had to perform manually, including rebooking reservations at the lowest fares, clearing wait-listed flights, making seat assignments, conducting quality control for each traveler's records and other activities.
