Cook Group global code of conduct

The Code of Conduct lays the foundation for how we expect all employees to behave, regardless of where we are in the organization. The Code of Conduct is our compliance check: Are our actions allowed? Are we permitted to conduct business in this way? The Cook values are our ethics check: Are our actions ethical? Are we acting with integrity? Can we be proud of what we are doing?

There may be diversity in the types of businesses we operate. Whether we serve patients, guests, customers, passengers, tenants, or colleagues, we all share a culture and set of core values. Regardless of our industry or location, the expectation that we, as Cook employees, reflect Cook values in our daily business activities applies to each one of us.
